“Oldest Compressor” Campaign
Atlas Copco recently ran a campaign to find the oldest running compressor in the UK starting in September. The winning machine had to be stationary, oil injected, fixed speed, 30-90kW and still running. The prize for this machine was a free Atlas Copco upgrade, sized the same but upgrades were available at additional costs. You can see more information about the competition here.
Atlas Copco just crowned their champions, an air compressor was found to be still running since 1976!
